Victoria Real Estate is continuing it’s steady climb. We predicted last year that 2007 would be a very strong year in Real Estate with an average selling price of a single family dwelling (in Victoria) close to $600,000. We are not there quite yet, but time will tell.  A recent release from BCREA (British Columbia Real Estate Association) confirms our predictions. The article reads;

British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) reports that residential sales volume on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in BC rose 20.4 per cent to $4.98 billion in June, compared to the same month last year. Residential unit sales increased 8 per cent to 11,175 units during the same period.
