Real Estate in Victoria is a very hot comodity and it is getting better and better. A new project located on an 8 acre parcel overlooking the Victoria Inner Harbour is well under way, The Bayview.

Bayview is a contemporary, cohesively designed three tower, architecturally significant addition to Canada’s most famous seaside community, offering panoramic views of the city’s world famous Inner Harbour and the ocean and mountains beyond.

A central feature of Bayview will be an amenity filled meeting area, containing a pool, fitness centre, racquet sports, spa, casual café dining, collectively representing all that active adults desire for day to day living.

Bayview’s site is physically elevated above all other adjacent properties offering unparalleled view for both current and future owners, as well as completed privacy, says Kenneth Mariash, Bayview owner and developer. There is nothing else of this quality in Victoria and it is a privilege to honour this site with such a special community.

The first residential masterwork in the enclave, Bayview One, is eleven stories of engineered concrete and steel construction. The building has 128 condominium residences and six townhomes. Natural light is maximized through floor-to-ceiling windows and extended through oversized terraces and outdoor garden terraces.

Bayview is the joint creation of Kenneth and Patricia Mariash. Kenneth Mariash brings over 40 years of award-winning development experience throughout Canada and the U.S., including Calgary’s 360 acre Deerfoot Meadows retail complex. Patricia Mariash, an award winning and internationally recognized interior architect and commercial designer, offers a wealth of commercial design experience. With thousands of clients in her portfolio of experience, Patricia Mariash directs the entire team of architects, designers and landscapers to create this outstanding, cohesive products.

Bayview One’s project architects are Davidson Yuen Simpson. Bayview’s precinct community and the next two phases are designed by Norm Hotson of Vancouver-based Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden Architects. Landscape Architecture is by Chris Phillips of Phillips Farevaag Smallenburg in Vancouver and Jim Partlow of Lombard North in Victoria. Architectural interior design is by Patricia Mariash.
