It is extremely user-friendly – once you download the app, it prompts you to ‘Set your mortgage’, and then giving you the option to sign in using either your Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn or your email. However, if you are just looking to casually browse, you can skip this option and go straight into searching for listings by locations or by listing ID numbers. Piece of cake!

This real estate app is quick, easy and convenient. It offers a service similar to the Realtor.ca app, giving you access to listings from across Canada. The difference is it gives you the option to estimate the cost of your home. There are two options: you can either get a professional market analysis or simply do a quick estimate, both of which are FREE! This app makes it simple to search listings in various locations with a user-friendly dashboard.
