With the ever increasing issues of email spam and increasing internet security it can become harder and harder to determine what is true email and what is spam. As you wouldn’t want to miss out on some important information from us we recommend adding our email address to your address book. This will help prevent spam filters from deleting important emails from us. To do this choose your email software from the list below that best describes which one you use. If your email program is not listed below or you have a slightly older version you can also get information about your address book from the help menu of your email program.

For MSN and Hotmail users (eg. your email address ends with @msn.com or @hotmail.com)

  1. login into your account
  2. locate the “option” link (top-right) corner, and click on it
  3. click on the “mail” button from the left side menu
  4. click on “Junk E-mail Protection” link
  5. click on “Save List” link
  6. type in “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” inside the entry box
  7. click on the “add” button to finish

For Yahoo Users (eg. your email address ends with @yahoo.com or @yahoo.ca)

  1. login into your account
  2. locate the “mail option” link (top-right) corner, and click on it
  3. click on the “filters” link (bottom-left) corner
  4. click on the “add” button
  5. type “propertiesinvictoria” for the filter name input box
  6. select the option “contains”, if it’s not already selected
  7. type “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” in the field next to the selection box
  8. select “inbox” from Move the message to option below
  9. click on the “add filter” button to finish

For AOL Users (eg. your email address ends with @aol.com)

  1. send an email to “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” with the subject line saying “request for newsletter or hot sheet”
  2. that will automatically add our email address to your “People I Know” list

For Earthlink Users (eg. your email address ends with @earthlink.net)

  1. click on the “Address Book” on the left hand side
  2. then click on the “Add” button
  3. then click on the “Internet Information” button
  4. type “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” in the email field
  5. finally click on the save button to add the email address

For Outlook Express Users

  1. right click a previous message from “info@propertiesinvictoria.com”
  2. select “Add Sender to Address Book” (last option on the menu)

For Outlook 2003 Users

  1. right click a previous message from “info@propertiesinvictoria.com”
  2. select “Junk Email” from menu
  3. then select “Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Save Senders List” from the sub menu

For GMail Users

  1. log-in to your GMail account
  2. click “contacts” along the left side of any page
  3. click the “new contact” button in the top-left corner of the contact manager (looks like a person with a ‘plus’ in front)
  4. enter “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” in the email field and fill out the other contact information in the appropriate fields if you’d like.
  5. click “save” to add your contact

For Other E-mail Providers Not Listed Above

  1. find the address book button
  2. type “info@propertiesinvictoria.com” where it asks for an email address
  3. make sure you click on the appropriate button to save the address
